The roots of Ravella hark back to what makes 11 Ravens truly special - the expression of luxury without compromise. We challenged ourselves to not only produce the finest sipping tequila with an intense richness and smooth finish, but one that captures the imaginations of the greatest connoisseurs.
Pursuit of perfection
Our journey began in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, where the Tequila Valley lies and where the world’s best Highland Blue Weber agave is grown and harvested amongst the lush valley and fields. With the guidance of our master distiller, Augustin Sanchez, and his team of jimadores, we travel throughout the region sourcing and hand picking the finest sun-kissed agave to produce our small-batch sipping tequila.
Selected for peak ripeness, we harvest 7-10 year old agaves to produce the sweetest piñas. Each step of the crafting process is guided with meticulous attention to detail, from slow roasting in clay ovens to the fermentation, aging and finally the double distilling at our renowned century-old distillery. This tireless dedication to quality culminates in a captivating sipping experience, with an unparalleled smoothness and superlative flavour.
Products
The passion and devotion of our master distiller is not without merit. Our agave is patiently aged for 7 to 10 years, cooked in traditional brick ovens at the source for 32 hours and finally rested, fermented and double distilled. Our Joven is then filtered once again for impeccable clarity, while our Extra Anejo is aged in once used American oak whisky barrels to create a distinctive finish to be savored until the end. The flavors are natural as no additives are necessary.
EXTRA ANEJO
With each sip of Ravella Extra Añejo the richness of caramel and smoky hints of toasted almonds, honey and vanilla awaken your palate. Aged for a minimum of 36 months in American White Oak barrels before being bottled at 108 proof, this cask-strength Extra Añejo has a dynamic, full-bodied taste.

JOVEN
Premium Highland Blue Weber agave is slowly roasted in traditional clay ovens for a subtle whisper of sweet agave with a citrus, warm spice and smooth vanilla finish. Aged for an additional 18 months in White Oak Barrels, our Joven is then filtered to create a crystal clear, exemplary sipping tequila. The result is lively citrus notes balanced with complex caramel and cocoa hints developed from the barrel.
